We had Flow Screed in to do a couple of floors with underfloor heating now. They have always arrived on time, been polite and finished on schedule. Can't fault them at all and would highly recommend. Thank you.

Flow Screed Floors is a family run business set up in 2007 operating around the UK. We also specialise in the design and installation of under floor heating systems. With over two decades of expertise in the construction industry, we offer specialised services in the design and installation of underfloor heating systems and screeding solutions.

  • Flowing Screed Floors: Utilising advanced pump technology, we deliver flowing screeds that are not only quick to apply but also exhibit superior strength and minimal shrinkage, supporting up to 700 square metres of coverage in a single day.
  • Acoustic Separating Floors: Enhance the soundproofing of your spaces with our acoustic solutions.
  • Floor Levelling and Surface Preparation: We ensure a perfect base for any flooring installation, improving longevity and appearance.
  • Underfloor Heating: Piped under floor heating (UFH) systems are typically laid to 50mm thick. This reduced thickness combined with the increased thermal properties of flowing screed means that the response times and efficiency can be improved.

Whilst we operate nationally, our primary service areas include Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Rutland, Norfolk, Bedfordshire, and Nottinghamshire.

The benefits of flowing screeds are many; They provide a high quality, cost effective solution to floor screeding. The finished product reduces the site related problems which can be found with traditional sand & cement screeds. Flowing screeds are faster to lay than sand & cement screed 700 square metres is easily attainable within a working day Flowing screeds have a high flexural strength which means they can be laid much thinner; as thin as 30mm in suitable applications. Very low shrinkage Excellent thermal conductivity (2.2W/mK) Extremely low shrinkage – does not curl and minimises the risk of cracking Liquid screed is emerging as the superior product for builders and developers of all kinds, offering a number of significant benefits for floors over a sand and cement mix.
